Some perks are listed below: - Competitive salary starting from $60-75 000 - Benefits - Monday to Friday, full time in office -Located in Victoria BC RESPONSIBILITIES As a Human Resources Generalist, your duties include but are not limited to the following: - Provide guidance to managers and employees. - Support talent management. - Drive HR projects. -Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies -Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development -Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities -Ensure compliance with labor regulations -Assists the Marketing Team with day to day marketing functions such as social media management, email and mobile marketing plus support with special projects involving industry and competitor research - Demonstrate flexibility if moved from one process to another. - Cultivate a client-focused environment.
