Administratively, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing support to the manager for recruitment, on-boarding, uniforms, and other HR functions. The assistant helps make Health & Safety a priority in the workplace, and acts as the Joint Health & Safety Committee Secretary. This position provides back-up for our front desk, welcoming our marina guests and providing unparalleled personal service experiences.
