Central Saanich House for House on the lake

Central Saanich large house for house on the lake…. With this unprecedented Realestate market, I am wondering if anybody owns a newer house on the lake (Prospect, Langford….) and would be interested in swapping/selling it for a large house with the suite in Central saanich. The way, I envision it is that assessments would be done and addition money may need to be estimated. Please do not contact me if you do not own a house but are simply looking for a house.
