Vancouver for Victoria Swap - Dec 26th to 29th/30th

Hello, We are looking for like-minded individuals who would be interested in doing a house swap during the Christmas holidays, between December 26th to December 30th, 2021. We are wanting to attract respectful individuals who will treat our house with respect and we will of course offer you the same. We would like to take a few days to experience the city so a place as close to downtown as possible would be ideal, either a one or two bedroom place. We are a family of three, no smoker, no pet. 

 OUR HOUSE: 
 We own a 3br/1bath - 1910 character house in the beautiful Fernwood neighbourhood of Victoria, BC. This spacious 2000sqft house is very centrally located and walking distance to downtown. 

 On the main level of the house, you will find a bright and spacious newly painted kitchen (the kitchen opens up to a two-tiered patio, which adds a considerable amount of space to the spacious kitchen), a large dining room and a comfy living room with fireplace (sorry for looks only, you can’t have an actual fire in it). Also on main level, you will find two bedrooms with each a queen size bed and a newly renovated spa-inspired bathroom, complete with soaker tub, glass shower and built-in speakers to enhance your relaxation experience.   On the top level is a huge master bedroom that spreads out through the entire length of the house and offers a lounge area in addition to decadently comfortable king size bed.  

 Lastly, in the basement (at ground level), you will find the laundry along with two rented basement suites and lovely tenants (one tenant per suite). Please note that the laundry needs to be shared with one of the basement suites only.   Other than that, both suites are fully self-contained with separate entrances. Our tenants are super quiet and respectful and we expect you to return that courtesy by being considerate during your stay. Having said that, the layout of the house is such that the main living space isn’t directly on top of the suites. 

 The house is fully furnished. There is a lovely private backyard with pear and plum trees and two parking spots in the driveway in addition to plenty of street parking. No smoking, no pet, sorry.   If that is something that resonates with you, we invite you to contact us!
