$1,700 · A Place to Call Home (Malahat to Duncan)

Hello, I work full time as a warehouse supervisor at a busy plumbing wholesale company in Duncan, which means I keep things organized and clean :) . I would like to find a 1 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom or a RV lot (will purchase RV) for myself, my well behaved two children that I have 50% of the time as well as my gentle (7lb) 2 year old, Poodle Chi mix. I am a quiet, respectful person and teach my children to be the same. As well I take pride in keeping a clean organized home, I do not smoke nor do I have parties. We are not home very much as we like to get out and adventure our island as well as visit family back home in Ontario. The dog comes with me pretty much everywhere as well as work, rarely left as home. She is kennel trained and non destructive. I am willing to help around the property as I do enjoy being outdoors and experienced. My rental history is pretty short, the current rental we have been here in Cobble Hill since December and have been given notice as their son will be moving in. Must find a place for September 1st. Prior we lived in a condo building in Duncan for 2+ years before I was able to move closer to where my children go to school. Prior to that I was married for 14 years and owned a home since I was 23. I have excellent credit rating, can provide a letter of employment and many personal references as well as landlord contacts. Thank you for your time.
