Fernwood area - back half-duplex

We are a retired couple living in the Fernwood area which is within walking distance of downtown and the inner harbour. We are wishing to sell our 25-year old home over the next few months and are looking for a buyer that wants to buy the house and rent it back to us for up to 9 months.
