Do you have an eagerness to learn, start your own business and be your own boss?! All while having someone help guide you. Trailhead Property Management is looking to hire a team of 2-3 people who are looking to enjoy some time in the forest while maintaining a high quality clean for a couple of the stunning Jordan River Airbnb’s. Qualifications : - eagerness to learn and help maintain the 5 star listings. a reliable vehicle is a must - attention to detail and an eye for design. - cleaning experience is an asset but not necessary - must be able to work alone, and have good time management - must be reliable - you will be your own boss. - Hot tub and sauna knowledge is a plus Your starting wage will start at $23/hr and will have room to grow depending on experience and performance. All cleaning supplies will be supplied at each Airbnb for you, meaning no start up costs for you. The hours are 10-4 and schedule is flexible due to airbnb bookings. You will have full access to the Airbnb calendar, helping you plan your months in advance and see if there is any last minute changes - easing your mind of waiting for someone to give you your schedule.
