Night Auditor, Full-time

The Quality Inn Downtown is hiring a full-time Night Auditor. Responsibilities include taking reservations, checking guests in and out and concierge services. Night Audit is responsible for reconciling all daily transactions and producing Night Audit Reports. We're looking for a dynamic person with a warm personality to join our team. You are passionate about providing great customer service for each and every one of our guests. You have excellent conflict resolution skills and enjoy problem solving. You must be comfortable working within a team, as well as independently. Prior experience in hotels is an asset but we hire for attitude and train for skills. Pizza lunches and ice cream breaks are very common and cookies and chocolates are considered essential foods. The successful candidate must be comfortable with working overnight between 11pm - 7am. Front Desk/ Audit experience is considered an asset. Availability during evenings, weekends and holidays is mandatory.
