$22 · Community Support Worker - Day Program

Abilities Community Services is looking for a skilled Community Support Worker to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. Responsibility of the position includes, but is not limited to: *Supporting adults with developmental and physical disabilities *Work on goals contained in PCPs *Take part in planning options for participants *Food and meal preparation *Household chores *Medication administration *Personal care *Any other tasks as outlined in the job description *Must work well in a team environment Qualifications: *Current First Aid/CPR Level C *Food Safe *A clean criminal reference check *Medical clearance including a recent negative TB test *Non Violent Intervention Training *CSW diploma or relevant work experience Compensation: *This is a 30 hour per week position in a union environment Wages and benefits are contained in the Community Living Services Collective Agreement *Application Deadline: 30/09/2021
