Day and Light brand SAD lamp for seasonal depression. I found using for a couple weeks at a time really helped. Can be adjusted for height and 2 settings. Can meet Fri-Sun pretty much any time as my schedule is pretty flexible on days off. Mon-Thurs are tough days to meet, but possibly mid morning before work could be arranged. Text or email preferred.
