This wreath is made on a wire frame with different colors of mesh and ribbons to match the gnome and red truck. The lights around the sign light up by turning the switch on at the back of the wreath. It measures approximately 24x24" and would look great on a front door (with some protection from the weather) or on an inside wall in your home.
