These boards are great for improving your balance, core strengthening work outs, and honing your surfing and skateboarding skills and just plain fun to use! Hockey players use them for 'gym-training'. Physiotherapists use them in clinics. These make a great gift! Sorry but, I am sold out of balance discs (as seen pic 1 and 3) They are available everywhere fitness products are sold. The board measures 15" x 28". Similar to an Indoboard or Goof Board (plenty of videos out there to see those in use) these boards offer a very dynamic movement compared to other balance 'discs' with just a fixed balance point.
