$35,400 · CASE 580 SM 4x4 BACKHOE LOADER ***NO TRADES***

Case 580 SM 4x4 machine. Has front 4 in 1 bucket and extendahoe backhoe comes with a cleanout bucket. I have a full set of factory repair and parts manuals for the machine and engine if you are handy to do your own maintenance or just for ordering parts. Always been maintained and greased religiously. It does have a slow hydraulic leak. It leaks from the valve stack which is probably just an o-ring needed but it would have to be dropped out to do that. I have a small bucket hanging under the machine to catch the drips so it doesn't leave a mess. It was like this when I bought it a couple years ago and it never got worse. Not a huge job but I never bothered because I just don't use it enough to warrant the time. Other known issues are the heater knob is frozen and the windshield washer motor works but a hose has come off recently somewhere under the machine so it just pumps it all out on the ground. Again, no time to fix it myself so priced accordingly. I have had one hydraulic cylinder rebuilt and another replaced due to weeping along with the associated hoses. New door handle also since it needed a new lock mechanism. Oil change just done and new inner and outer air filters also just done. About 11000 hours. A super handy and awesome to use machine but my need is over so I can pass it along now.
