Dean Park Estates in North Saanich is only allowed to have garage sales ONCE A YEAR, and for this year that day is Saturday April 20th, 2024. This now legendary local event brings thousands of people and vehicles from near and far to our quiet neighbourhood, so expect big crowds and even some minor traffic jams. Official open hours are 9AM to 2PM, but previous years had shoppers before 8AM until after 4PM so 8591 SANSUM PARK DRIVE will be open by 8AM rain or shine until people stop coming.
