Project Manager for Yacht Repair Facility

Delta Marine Service has been one of Vancouver Islands most trusted boat service repair facility for over 30 years. We offer all services for yacht repairs & maintenance with facilities on land and water including 4 floating boat sheds that allow us to offer year-round services to our customers. We are a Fleming Yachts Service Center and dealer for Cummins, Mercury Marine and Switlik. We are looking for a Project Manager to join us and become part of our Delta Marine Services family. The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager and will be working with all levels of the Delta Marina Service Ltd management team. The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience preferable in the shipyard/marine operations or comparable industry. We are looking for someone who is versatile and mechanically inclined as this position will require some hands on aspects. Excel & Teams) and ability to adapt to and quickly learn new software. • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. • Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbally and written. • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal and team building skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. • High level of ethics and integrity. • Mechanically inclined. • Demonstrates professionalism and diplomacy. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. • Ability to travel to various locations in correlation with project requirements.
