This is the PERFECT dining set for a small apartment or a place where you don't want a lot of space taken up! Very well made. This set is in excellent shape. I have never once used the table without a tablecloth, so the tabletop is immaculate. You can order this from Ikea unassembled with the seat cushions for a total of about $310 with tax. Or, you can buy in already assembled with the seat cushions from me for $150. Very good deal!
