Heavy Duty Mechanic

We are immediately seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to be a part of our Mechanic Shop and Civil Construction Team. Duties and Responsibilities Include: • Maintaining a safe workplace by engaging in and implementing safe work practices. • Performing service, repair, and diagnostic and preventative maintenance to equipment and trucks in both the field and the shop. • Procuring parts and materials. • Working with management to maintain schedules and priorities. Qualifications: • Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician/Mechanic. • 5+ years of related experience with Heavy Equipment diagnosis, repairs, overhauls, and maintenance. • Valid Class 1or 3 with air endorsement driver’s license preferred. • Proven ability to diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical breakdowns in both the field and the shop. • Excavator, Backhoe, and Dump truck experience required.
