Each year we teach and assist close to 150 people across Western Canada in every small town and big city. We teach the successful applicant how to: -Form a business, marketing, sales, and staffing plan -Perform interviews to hire painters -Sell painting contracts to home owners and business owners -Manage 1-3 crews of painters, while performing project management and quality control -Track profit, while minimizing expenses -Perform superior customer service -Manage employees and customers -Paint houses efficiently and effectively We do this all while coaching and mentoring you the whole way through. Over the summer you will: -Earn good money -Learn and practice important business/life skills -Be able to add real business experience to your resume Responsibilities include: -Recruiting -Marketing -Sales -Production Student Works is with you every step of the way: getting started, finding customers, completing the job, providing you with the training, knowledge and support to run your own business in your home town. Not only do we provide on the job training, we also supply each candidate with their own marketing materials and take care of the administration part of the business.
