Our office is a multidisciplinary space with a shared waiting room, kitchen, shower, bike locker, fast wifi, and gender neutral washrooms. The Queer Care Collective has a vetting process to ensure that all folks in the space are 2SLGBTQIAP+ or are allied. The furnished office is currently available weekday mornings Monday-Thursday, all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and some full Mondays (the use time of the office may be negotiable and can change over time but it is occupied afternoons and evenings Tues-Thurs) It has: a forest tapestry on one wall, a stylish and comfortable couch for clients, various plants, fidget toys, and an adjustable height desk. Costs: Monthly Rent $500, Key deposit $50, Administrative fee to join the Sublease $200 (but we can split this cost), and Damage deposit equal to half of rent will be required.
