Counselling/ psychotherapy office space available for subletting shifts in a multi-disciplinary wellness collective. Located on the second floor of Market Square in downtown Victoria. This calming space was designed and furnished with Counsellors, RMTs, Acupuncturists, and related healthcare disciplines in mind. The collective environment also allows for the possibility for networking/ referrals. Shifts: 8am - 2:00 pm & 2:30pm - 8:30pm - please inquire about available days. $50 per shift ($200 per month per shift). Some room for negotiation if you are renting multiple shifts. The entire space consists of 4 treatment rooms, a waiting area, a bathroom for clients and staff, as well as a small staff area consisting so far of a mini fridge, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and lockers. (The lockers could allow you to arrive downtown early and have a safe place to lock up your bag while you take a walk along the water before you start your shift). Currently the space houses RMT and counselling practices. This room has been thoughtfully furnished with wood furniture, ample storage, a desk and chair for video appointments, warm lighting from standing and table lamps, a white noise machine, cared for plants, both blackout and sheer curtains, and various office essentials/ stationary. This space unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible. Nearby: Green Cuisine restaurant and cafe, Hey Happy cafe, Mama's Kitchen, Starbucks, etc. Taking applications now for March, April, and potentially May starting dates depending on availability.
