Cash Advantage - Store Manager

Cash Advantage is hiring a Full Time Store Manager. What's involved? As a Store Manager you will do it all: Sales, Customer Service, Risk Management, Collections, Administration, Security, Marketing, Recruitment, HR, Mentoring, and Business Development. You are responsible for the overall profitability of the store and all its resources. The two primary duties of this job are: - Issuing Loans. As a Store Manager you will handle all facets of the payday loan administration process including: taking and approving payday loan applications, issuing funds, receiving payments, client management, and exception handling. - Retention. Your other primary duty will be calling delinquent customers and recovering overdue accounts. What is required? - Proven cash handling experience - Proven customer service experience and management experience in a fast paced environment - Previous collection experience an asset - Computer literate - Bondable and no criminal record - Proven ability to work independently The successful candidate will exhibit the following: - An amazing friendly outgoing personality and communication style. - Unquestionable trust, integrity, confidentiality and judgment. - You are very organized.
