We are looking for a part-time admin assistant to join our small office in Sidney. As an admin assistant, you will be responsible for: • Providing administrative support to the CEO • Data entry for billing system • Preparing invoices, reports, and other documents • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and records • Assisting with special projects as needed To be successful in this role, you will need: • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an admin assistant or a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other online tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
