Required immediately! Office Administrator needed for busy IKEA kitchen Design and Construction showroom. We have two showrooms, one in Victoria, one in Nanaimo, that support each other. Currently, our Victoria showroom requires this position filled. Full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. As part of our friendly crew, your duties will include: -Greeting new and existing clients visiting our showroom/office. -Gathering information for potential projects and relaying that information to the appropriate people in a timely manner. -Communicating with clients, designers and trades through phone calls, email and texts. -Data entry (computer inventory of incoming/outgoing materials). -Scheduling/booking appointments/project tracking -Coordinating with other office staff. -Keeping the showroom clean and tidy. Must have: -Proficient in Office programs including Word, Excel, Google (sheets). -Exceptional customer service skills. -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. -Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
