Locum Part Time Receptionist / MOA

Job description Broadmead Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for a locum part-time receptionist to join our team. This position will be temporary to cover a maternity leave until September 2023 with the possibility of becoming something more permanent. Your schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30pm-close (1 day a week starting at 1:30pm) plus availability to cover holiday relief as needed (shifts range between 6:30am-8:30pm Monday to Friday) Your tasks: -Maintain a clean, orderly, safe office environment for patients -Greet patients warmly on the phone and in person -Book appointments -Receive payments and prepare billings in the computerized system for processing You Must: -Listen well and follow direction, but also have initiative to work effectively on your own -Engage with patients in a professional, mature and customer service oriented manner -Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance -Be comfortable and capable using computer software (Jane software experience an asset) Salary: Hourly rate will be $18 per hour to start.
