Assist project coordinator with day to day duties. Very light accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities Answering phone calls Monday - Friday Collecting, organizing and uploading documents/receipts Data entry Scheduling Social media maintenance Clean and maintain office space Some travel may be required What We Are Looking For: 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity Attention to detail HIGHLY IMPORTANT Impeccable grammar and spelling Intermediate computer skills Familiarity with mobile technology Pleasant, friendly disposition Strong interpersonal communication skills Preference given to individuals with social media, website, design, or any facet of renovation experience. Wage begins at $20, wage depends on experience Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm No weekends.
