Sunny bedroom with plenty of storage and desk space in a quiet condo building in the Cook Street Village area, on the #7 bus route (straight to UVic and Camosun Interurban campuses). The room has a space-saving murphy bed in the room and its' own TV. WiFi and cable facilities are included. The rental is suitable for one person only. You will be sharing the bath/shower and kitchen facilities as well as the living room and dining room area with the female owner of the condo and the senior cat. You would be very welcome to share the main living space to entertain friends. The building has laundry facilities available at a very reasonable rate and is recycling conscious. No smoking/drugs, partying. Would suit a female mature student or professional, who will love the space as much as the owner and her cat do!
