Warranty Administrator

Campus Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive personality and has outstanding attention to detail. We are looking for someone to become the primary Warranty Administrator for our four dealerships. Applicants should have prior experience working in an automotive service department or similar setting. Familiarity with the automotive service industry would be tremendously beneficial. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the efficient handling of each Dealership's Warranty Claim process. The Warranty Administrator has to ensure that all warranty claims are processed in a timely manner and all parts call-ins are dealt with and recorded. Working with the Parts and Service Managers at each store, the Warranty Administrator ensures that the dealerships are paid for all warranty labour time and parts. Job Duties: *Review all warranty claims and invoices to ensure that all manufacturer's stipulations are met *Submit all warranty claims as quickly as possible *Quickly respond to any suspended claims, correcting and resubmitting *Record all corrections and adjustments to claims to track payment *Keep accurate and up to date records of all processed, suspended and paid claims *Monitor all parts call-in returns to ensure an efficient return of required parts *Develop new efficiencies and evaluate warranty process for potential improvement *Review warranty schedule monthly to ensure that all expected funds are allocated and deposited *Keep abreast of all adjustments and changes to manufacturer warranty policies *Attend all relevant manufacturer meetings This is a very important position within the Campus Auto Group.
