I am looking for multi-family rentals/duplex to add to the rental portfolio. ( if the property has the potential for development, will pay top dollars and I am a firm believer that Location drivers the demands) - around 10 units -CAP rate around 4% ( if you do not have that number ready, please send information about: current lease/rent for all units, gross total income, hydro/gas/water/tax/insurance bills, other expenses) -budget is around 2M (financing tee'd up) if you have or know someone is considering selling their multi-family rentals, please let me know, and happy to pay for a finder fee.
