Family of 4 looking for a 2.5-3 bedroom house for longterm rent. Prefer tenancy starting between June 15th and August 1st, but we are flexible. We have excellent references, and take pride in our home. We are happy to do yard maintenance etc. We have an older well behaved dog, so must be dog friendly. Would ideally be located in Victoria/Saanich/Oak Bay, with easy access to transit, shops etc. Must also be close to an elementary school. $1700 max plus utilities.
