Hello, We are looking for a private sale of rural acreage for mixed-use moving to a retirement space. Ideally 5-25 acres bare land, but would consider a property with a small dwelling. We are an environmentally conscious buyer with interest in agroecology who intends a minimal footprint on the land. We won't be building a monster home! We are approved buyers looking to buy land or land plus a house that is well suitable for horses, livestock & agriculture.
