WANTED: waterfront lot / property Van. Island / Gulf Islands

Do you have a waterfront lot or property on a Gulf Island or east side of Van. Island that you are looking to sell? Our family is looking for just the thing. We'd consider many properties, but ideally something under $450,000 and hopefully .75 acre or larger. It can be just a building lot, or a lot with a small dwelling or bunkie on it. Our kids love the ocean exploring and enjoying nature (and so do we!). Looking for a chance to have a quiet get-away space to call our own and build memories :)
