$800 · WANTED: one person suite

Hi. My name is Justin and i'm beyond a saintly tenant. I'm looking for a one bedroom suite, doesn't have to be huge. The place I'm at now, I redid everything inside to energy efficient. I do renovations so i have access to all kinds of goodies through work. I'm very clean, bordering on O.C.D. i think, lol, and quiet. I just recently lost my mom at a young age, then my fiancee literally in my arms not even five months after. I haven't turned my heat on, my lights barely and am very quiet with awesome references. I do a bunch of volunteer work when I'm not working as well and am beyond a tenant, I'm an asset who will do nothing but enhance your place like I did mine, at no charge. I just enjoy helping. I'm in a bind right now because my landlady listens at my door, phone calls, opens personal government and medical mail, cut off my internet and laundry, ON MY BIRTHDAY, tells my to disobey doctors orders...etc. She is the most intrusive person I have ever met and I need to get out of there. I have friends she's even scared off, and I'm not a partier, have never even turned my music up in 5 years. The girl who died in my arms, she made her cry the first time they met. I came out of the kitchen and was thinking what the??? I need to get out and like I was saying, I'm an asset, and I can also prove it. I hope to hear from someone. thank you.
