WANTED: early morning child care

Our family is in search of someone in the Colwood area that would be able to help out with our two children and older dog 2 - 3 mornings of the week and for baby sitting on some weekends. We are looking for someone who is reliable, a morning person, loves dogs, patient and caring. To help care for our sweet, hilarious and silly boys aged 7 and 3. My husband and I are both in the military and our jobs require that we start early. We specifially need the help when one of us is sailing; however we will pay to retain your services even if we don't need you to work the normal days. The successful candidate would have their own car and be able to start at 4:30am, the children can be dropped off to their daycare and before school programs starting at 6:30am. All meals for the children will be prepared before hand and the dog would just need to be put out to pee before you leave for the day. The position pays $40- a day with baby sitting on some weekend as needed. The weekend hours would be Saturday or Sunday 4:30am-2:30pm or 10am-7pm This position would be perfect for a student.
