$1,250 · WANTED: Suite/ Cabin/ Carriage house for quiet Professional woman

Hello! I'm a mid thirties professional woman looking for a rental of a studio/ bachelor or 1 bedroom for April 15 or May 1. Needs to be in a quiet situation as I do shiftwork. (No basement suites with children above, etc.) I am a quiet respectful person, an excellent tenant (with great references) and a good neighbour. Non smoker, no pets, no children. Easygoing and respectful. Looking for a place to treat well and make my home for as long as I'm there. Preference is for Victoria city or else for a quiet rural location in rural Saanich. Anywhere on the peninsula is an option though. Sooke is out of the question as it's too far of a commute for me. A bonus would be access to gardening space, but can work without if the place is right. Also happy to help out with gardens and small animals if in a rural setting. Looking for a longer term rental (again, for the right fit.) Prefer a bright space with good natural light.
