$2,100 · WANTED: RETIRED COUPLE looking for Rental

We are a retired couple who moved to Langford from Prince Edward Island to be close to our two grandchildren. We are QUIET, respectful, INCREDIBLY clean, and very handy. We are looking for something in the 1000+ sq ft range with 2 beds and 1+ bathroom. We have some high-end furniture that we are very attached to and require a little more space for that. We would prefer a location in the Westshore area (so we can remain close to our grandchildren). We only require parking for one vehicle. We are able to move in whenever the location is ready. Ideally, we would prefer to be ground floor (if condo) as we would love access to a yard. In-suite laundry is also a preference. We would ask that any rental be okay with two well-behaved children visiting occasionally.
