$1,500 · WANTED: Pet Friendly Suite/Apartment

My wife & I are looking for a place for us and our 2 small dogs. About us: We are 28 & 29, and both work full time. I work for the public library, and my wife is a bookkeeper and photographer (both independently and on staff for a local magazine). We are non smokers, and don't party. We do like to have the ocassional friend or some family over for dinner from time to time. About dogs: One is 7 lbs and 8 years old, and one is 11 lbs and approx 9 years old. My wife also takes the dogs to work with her on most days. They are sweet pups, friendly, and fairly quiet. (will bark if someone comes to the door, but no excessive barking otherwise). What we are looking for: -Bedrooms - 1 or 2 -Bathroom - at least 1. bath tub preferred, but open to shower only -Sqft - at least 600, but ideally around 800+ -Access to a fenced yard -Access to laundry -Parking for 2 small cars -Storage preferred if sqft is limited -Storage for 2 bikes or somewhere to secure them Budget: ideally around $1500-1600/month
