$2,000 · WANTED: Looking for a full house for my roomates and I

I'm a 25 year old woman looking to rent a home for my friends and I. We've all been living together for 5 years and are like family. The reason we're looking for a new place is because our current home is just too small. We have a cat and dog as well which doesn't help. We're reasonably well off but not rich by any standards. We keep getting priced out and renovicted, I'm hoping to find somewhere for under $2400. Most of us are currently employed and have been essential workers the past half year.
