WANTED: Long term tenants looking for a new home **WANTED**

Hi, our names are Damian and Rachel. We are respectful, mature, non smoking professionals going on 30 years old. We have lived in our current home for over 12 years and we don't smoke or party. We have 2 small, happy, loving, respectful dogs (10 & 17 lbs) and one very friendly Bengal cat. Our animals are house trained very well, they don't scratch on furniture, floors, walls, and they don't dig or bite. We are moving because our landlords kids are moving back to Victoria and they will be taking over our currently home. I work for Totem Towing, BCAA and Rachel is a health care assistant with VIHA. We own 2 daily driven vehicles, a '68 classic collector and a motorcycle, parking is quite important to us. We are looking for somewhere that has: - 2+ off street parking spots and street parking. Garage or carport is a plus. - washer and dryer shared or unshared. - a fenced yard for our puppies to play. - she would love a bathtub (our home doesn't have one) - south Island area. I wish we didn't have to move from where we currently reside but we are looking for a new home now, I hope we can find a new place to call home by January.
