This vessel is being sold pursuant to the Warehouse Lien Act for unpaid moorage and hydro charges. Details from the Canadian Vessel Query System for this vessel can be found here: https://wwwapps.tc.gc.ca/Saf-Sec-Sur/4/vrqs-srib/eng/vessel-registrations/details/827498 Auction details are as follows: - Viewing begins one hour prior to auction - The vessel is sold "as-is, where is", without any representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, including to condition, seaworthiness or title - Vessel is sold to the highest bidder and wining creates a binding contract for sale, and Ladysmith Marina has final say to accept a winning bid. - No telephone or email bids (or use of agents), the purchaser must be present - Sale of vessel is subject to 12% PST - Vessel must be paid in full with cash or credit card or a non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid as agreed with Ladysmith Marina - We will assist with all registration documents - A condition of purchase is that upon purchasing the vessel, it must be removed from Ladysmith Marina within one week Contents of the vessel are unknown.
