Gorgeous Variegated Calamondin plants for sale. The leaves have a lovely cream coloured variegation. Fruit is the same as a normal Calamondin but start variagated, then lose variagation and turn bright orange as they ripen. Tastes the same as normal calamondin. Calamondins are prolific producers of tasty (but sour!) fruit that can be used in cooking (delish), calamondinade (like lemonade but tastier), and other yummy products like marmalade... all in addition to looking great and producing lots of flowers with a clean citrus scent. Made and grown locally in our little hobby greenhouse here in beautiful North Saanich on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Citrus plants make wonderful indoor plants with the clean citrus scent from their fragrant flowers and delicious citrus fruit. Living plants enhance your living space and improve the air you breathe... and they look beautiful in the process. You also get to enjoy the fresh fruit! Can be grown outdoors for much of the year, or indoors year-round. Grows well in containers. Should be brought indoors for winter or protected outdoors during the coldest days.
