Size XL. Motorbike helmet sizing. Can be adapted to smaller or larger sizes like L or XXL depending on how much foam you put in. 3D printed helmet blank at 0.01mm resolution with 1.5mm internal and external walls. 3mm thickness in total. Very durable. Weighs 2 pound as is. You need to sand and paint it, install foam, and the tinted visor. Some also install voice changers. It needs a foam bell unlike motorcycle helmets. Imagine a collar of foam at the bottom. This keeps it in place and therefore no need for a chin strap. So it has to have a fair amount of foam. It will feel a bit big on your head without foam. Or mount it stand alone. You can fit this over a pair of glasses if need be. As you can see by the generic mandalorian helmet beside it, this is the real deal. Not one of the free files you can download. It is different than a Boba Fett helmet. For the best look, paint it gun metal grey and the ear highlights silver. Once the paint is dry to the touch, you rub graphite powder on it to make it shine. Finish this helmet then just throw on a cape and some boots and you have a great Halloween costume. Or try your hand at some cosplay by making the other pieces. I do have all the armour pieces, but a full suit could prove costly.
