The Receptionist is responsible for client care & communications, phones &a messages, booking showings & appointments, daily errands and other tasks. The variety of tasks involved in this job requires an individual of exceptional organizational ability with an emphasis on detail, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize and organize to meet established deadlines are critical to success of the right candidate.
