Well maintained and good shape, with wheel bearings greased regularly - latest last season, and running lights serviced last season. Pulls out with double and queen beds at each end and a dining booth that converts to a double (sleeps up to 6 without the add-a-room). It has sink, propane stove (indoor, movable to outdoor - see photo), top loading electric fridge, deep cycle battery for DC interior lights, roll out awning. (And a porta potty - never used by either us or the original owner - go figure!). It keeps dry on the inside and the canvas and transparencies are in good shape. Real nice feature is add-a-room that installs on roll out awning for nice added space. Tows easily behind our mini-van. Standard 10-15 minutes or so set up and close down, but priced to minimize the number of times I demo that cuz I'm getting old.
