$800 · Summer sublet in Uptown, one bedroom in a two bedroom suite

One bedroom in a two bedroom suite is available for sublet from April 1st (or May 1st, whatever works for you) to August 31st. It is located in the Uptown area of Victoria, and is within a seven minute walk of Uptown Shopping Centre and Swan Lake Nature Reserve. I am asking $800 per month. The suite has laundry, a deck, a yard, big windows. It is the top floor of a house, and the landlords live downstairs.
