I am looking for a clean, quiet, and down-to-earth College or University student to stay in my room for the summer, May 1st - August 31st 2019. This self-aware and conscientious person will occupy my large, self contained and furnished rental room. My room is part of the ground floor suite, with the other two bedrooms occupied by two other female students. They share their own bathroom. The suite entrance, the kitchen with all appliances and the laundry are part of the suite and are shared by all three tenants. The landlords occupy the upper floor. The house is located in a safe neighbourhood and convenient location on San Juan Avenue, near Majestic Park. It's a 2 minute walk to a bus stop for the 28 (goes downtown), and a 5 minute walk to a bus stop for the 39 (that goes to either UVIC or Camosun College Interurban Campus). Fairway Market, Mount Doug, other amenities and the ocean access are also within walking distance. Rent is $700/month, utilities not included (they are very cheap). There is parking on the street and one available parking spot off the street, should you have a non-leaking car. References required. No pets, no smokers, no parties. Further more, if you are a good fit for this place, there is a possibility for you to become a good addition to this house through a full-year tenancy agreement starting in September 2019, as the present tenants are graduating.
