Our beautiful facility, which opened in June 2016 is available for hourly rent during the day. We have two studios that can operate at the same time. Here are some details: Studio A: 1200 square feet - $35/ hour Studio B: 600 square feet - $25/ hour - both studios have new state of the art sprung floors - both studios have full walls of mirrors - sound equipment available - sliding scale of rental based on how many hours you book weekly - storefront and reception available for use - two free standing ballet barres - 20 black folding chairs -some equipment storage available - parking -on Douglas Street in a central location (between Uptown and Mayfair Mall) Rental Hours available: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Fridays all day Occasional Weekends Please note that proof of insurance is required for all renters regardless of recurring or one time use.
