The Store Manager will be accountable for effective day-to-day management of store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance. You will be responsible for building and managing a team that will consistently meet the company's performance expectations in terms of sales growth, retail execution, customer experience and profitability. You have the determination to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Store Manager will have proven leadership capabilities through effective decision-making, problem-solving, influencing, and leading by example. A commitment to superior customer service, people management and effective communication is expected, as well as exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt to change. Job Duties:  Human Resources; recruiting, training, performance management, and workplace scheduling.  Overseeing stock control, receiving orders and inventory replenishment.  Preparing promotional materials and creative seasonal displays.  All banking requirements.  Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.  Make sure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally,  Manage store operational activities  Manage the efforts and activities of a sales team  Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs;  Communicate brand identity internally to sales department, key accounts, and the customer base at large.  Conduct sales forecasts and weekly and/or monthly status reports.  Performs other duties as required.
