Tenants responsible for 40% of the utilities. Other suites in the home only have two other individuals, so this is a quiet and respectful home. Washer/dryer located in the suite and the largest room (room or living room) has a private entrance. Gardening space for people in the yard, as well as plenty of space to store bikes, kayaks + parking available. The backyard is amazing with fruit trees and plenty of space to relax.
