Training for Job Duties and Responsibilities (include and are not limited to): You will be trained on HVAC Installations at various job sites You will be trained to identify and solve problems that might prevent the completion of work within the budgeted time Through the apprenticeship you will be mentored so that you can complete installations within budgeted hours, in accordance with company standards while maintaining quality We will also train on; Laying out, measuring and marking sheet metal Computerized equipment to cut, bend or straighten sheet metal How to weld sheet metal parts Reading and interpreting mechanical and architectural plans Why this is a great place to work: We offer competitive wages Phone allowance after probation period We develop you for continuous growth in our company More responsibilities as you grow and develop Increase knowledge and training to grow your skills Locally owned and operated Flexible vacation Extended health and dental benefits Great work environment, supportive team, excellent culture Qualifications, Requirements and Skills: 1-2 years experience in a similar role Experience with commercial and residential ventilation systems (An asset but not a requirement) Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and the ability to work individually or in a group setting. Professional customer service skills Clear communication skills Attention to detail Organized and efficient, able to work with a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker Able to troubleshoot problems and be a creative thinker Able to work together in a team environment Be physically fit to meet the physical requirements of the position Valid drivers license with drivers abstract Have own basic hand tools, safety boots and hard hat.
