Campus Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! Applicants with experience as a Service Advisor are preferred. We require is that you have a valid BC drivers licence, be able to drive a manual transmission and have a positive, can-do attitude! This full-time position will mainly be comprised of interaction with customers, so excellent people skills are a must. You will work with and support our Service and Parts teams to ensure that work orders are accurate, processed efficiently and properly. Minimum Requirements: * Positive, outgoing personality and ability to provide outstanding customer service * Previous Service Advisor experience, in a busy dealership setting is preferred * Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers * The ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled * Valid driver's license and a good driving record Campus Nissan is part of the Campus Auto Group which is a locally owned, family business.
